Sonny Mo Arts

Thank you for visiting my shop!  Sonny Mo was born out of my love for photography and digital art and my biggest hope is that someone can get as much pleasure from hanging my prints in their home as I did creating them.


I have always loved collections, putting items together that compliment each other and with Sonny Mo it is no different.  Most of my pieces are created and ensembled with the bigger picture of being part of a collection in mind.

Shipping


NB: Please see each product for their respective lead times.  Should you order more than one item but with different lead times, kindly note that everything will be shipped together once the whole order is ready (unless separate orders are laced). 


Local Shipping (South Africa) - Local orders within South Africa will be shipped with The Courier Guy straight to your door and is FREE with all orders above R800!  Delivery will take about 1-2 business days, but if you reside in a more isolated area (small town or a farm) please allow one or two additional days.


Please provide an address where you or someone you trust will be able to receive your parcel between 8AM and 5PM.  If you only want the parcel to be delivered to you directly or to someone you trust, please specify during checkout.


International Shipping - Shipping costs for international orders are R400-R700 and will be sent via EMS Door-to-Door.  EMS is a member of the SA Post Office Group.  Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be delivered.  Sonny Mo cannot be held liable for delays outside their control but we will do everything on our power to ensure your order gets delivered to you in a timely manner.


Please provide an address where you or someone you trust will be able to receive your parcel.


Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds will be evaluated individually and handled accordingly.  If your order arrived damaged in any way, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it so that I can investigate and determine the next step.  Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and item.


Please note, no refunds will be given for damaged goods but will happily be replaced.


No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on custom orders. 


Should the client request a refund or exchange, the item needs to be returned to Sonny Mo Arts undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.  Sonny Mo Arts will inspect the items and should the items be returned in good order, the exchange / refund will be processed.


Please note that items sent back to Sonny Mo Arts will only be accepted via courier delivered directly to Sonny Mo Arts (Sonje Mouton).  No parcels will be accepted via the Post Office or PostNet.
