Shipping

All jewels are posted through the SA Post Office, counter to counter, and can take up to 2 weeks (but in most cases 5 working days or less) to be delivered once ordered and paid for. However, items being posted to an address outside of South Africa may take a little longer.

Once your order has been posted, you will be contacted with a tracking number. You can then track your purchase via the post office website [ link hidden ] or by calling the post office call center 0860 111 502. When you collect your parcel remember to bring the tracking number and your ID book with you to the post office. Please ensure that you give your correct postal address.

If you prefer having your items shipped a little faster, please click the Speed Services option when checking out. This option means your package will be posted the day after purchase and will arrive at your door the next day between 9am-12pm, i.e. two working days.
Return Policy

All jewels are under a one year warranty only if it is obvious that the purchaser has not damaged the jewel in any way. If an item requires repair, and is still under warranty, I will repair and return it at no extra cost. Out of warranty items can be sent to me for a small repair cost, postage not included. All jewels can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered once ordered and paid for. Orders destined for outside of South Africa may take a little longer.
