SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
RumóH Luxury Store will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. International delivery is available for all orders, if you have questions please email us at [ email hidden ] Free shipping is available for all orders over R1000 with delivery addresses in South Africa only. Return shipping is free for exchanges and returns for store credit.
We offer shipping services through DHL & UPS to most countries in the world. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of all duties, taxes and fees (including VAT) associated with the shipment once customers item reaches his/her country. When you place the order you become the importer of record and the package will not be released to you until all fees are paid. RumóH Luxury Store is not responsible for any fees imposed by your country's custom which may include transfer and storage fees. If you refuse the shipment and the package is returned to us you will be refunded for the purchase price of the goods less the shipping costs.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. RumóH Luxury Store is not responsible for lost shipments. We ship all packages with no signature required for delivery, if you feel it is necessary to require a signature then you must contact us before the order ships.

FOR READY MADE ITEMS:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the new and unused item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before you return any item so we can provide a prepaid shipping label (for South Africa only). If you wish to receive a refund to your credit card you will be refunded less the return shipping amount. If you choose store credit, the return shipping is on us. Please note it can take up to two weeks for our warehouse to process returns and therefore your patience is appreciated. Ensure you email us with a description of your case
If you would like to exchange your items for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to receive a pre-paid Aramex ground label. We are happy to cover shipping both ways on exchanges (for South Africa only).
FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
Our Made to Order collection are handcrafted specifically for each individual customer and provides a wide range of options at a more affordable price enabling the purchaser to customize the colors & style. Each item will be made upon receipt of order and shipped in approximately 3-7 days fastest turn around or 21 to 45 days depending on the item. RumóH Luxury Store will do everything possible to ship your item within 15 days.
With our Made to Order collection, Exchanges can be made or we can issue store credit only. RumóH Luxury Store does not issue Refunds for made to order items. If you wish to exchange or return your items for store credit, please contact us for a prepaid return label (for South Africa only). We do not issue refunds.
Customized items that have been changed from the original model as pictured on our site cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason whatsoever. We strongly recommend using our SIZE CHART GUIDE Made to Fit program on each product page before placing your order. If the shoes are too tight we would be happy to stretch or re-last the shoes for you but you will be responsible for paying for the return postage. If you experience heel slippage, we recommend trying tongue pads and heel grips. We stress that any shoes ordered through our Custom Made program cannot be returned or exchanged.
BAGS & OTHER ACCESSORIES:
All items must be returned in NEW & UNUSED condition within 30 business days, please contact us. If you wish to receive a refund to your credit card you will be refunded less the shipping amount. If you choose store credit, the return shipping is on us.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us within 24 hours.
For packages that are not picked up at your post office within 14 days, RumóH Luxury Store reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs
