Who We Are
π Each piece is handcrafted with great care by Morgane, a creative jewellery designer who is passionate about the process of transforming raw materials into jewellery. The pieces are based on the same principle, although each one is unique. The brand's designs are meticulously created and crafted with precious metals as well as with fabric and other materials to give them a hint of poetry.
Product
Our products are handmade. The patterns may vary from one jewellery to the other. The overall aesthetic is the same but each jewellery is unique. They may display slight variations in the colours and patterns. These variations cannot be considered as manufacturing defects and cannot be the basis for disputing an order’s authenticity. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact me!
Production
Lead time is typically 10-14 days . If something is needed for a specific date, please notify me of this after ordering! :) Let us know if you need something by a specific date, birthdays, Christmas... etc etc. I'll be able to prioritze and avoid dissapointment.
If an item is intended as a gift, or is needed by a specific date, it is of the utmost importance that this is communicated to me after ordering, I cannot be held responsible for an item not arriving in time if the date needed by is not communicated to me after the purchase being made.
Packaging
Each product is packaged in our 'a ring to it' packaging and is ready for gifting at no extra cost- whether it is a gift to yourself or a gift from you to a friend. Each order will be packaged collectively (in one gift bag) unless otherwise stated in the comments section.
National Delivery are made by CourierGuy within around 1 to 2 working days. The parcels are tracked and insured. Customer will be informed of the parcel tracking number as soon as dispatch is confirmed.
The customer is responsible for the information provided at the time of ordering. The customer has a duty to check that the compulsory personal information provided is accurate and comprehensive.
Should any errors arise due to information provided by the customer, Morgane & The Queen would not be held responsible if it is not possible to deliver the product. The transportation risks are accepted by the customer, who will have to address any complaints to the relevant postal services or courier.
International delivery & customs duties
International shipping, Tax and duties will be paid by the customer.
Parcels are generally sent out within 48 hours of receipt of your payment.
International deliveries are made by Fedex or DHL within 3 to 5 working days. You will be informed of the parcel tracking number as soon as dispatch is confirmed.
Any orders coming from South Africa and delivered outside of this territory may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties when the parcel reaches its destination. These customs duties or taxes (e.g. local VAT) are the customer’s expense and responsability.

Return
All products are open to refund by means of a Morgane & The Queen credit note. If you are unsatisfied with your order - please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order - we will allow an exchange for another item if the original order is returned to us in perfect condition.
Returns / exchanges are not possible on custom orders, ie. special engraving, handstamped initials, words etc.) Costs of returning the product are at the customer’s expense.
Returned items must not have been worn. They must be returned to us in their original state and packaging, together with the delivery note, to the postal address which will be emailed to you. Once the product has been received, the customer will receive their refund no later than 10 working days after the returned parcel has been received by Morgane & The Queen.
Morgane & The Queen will not be responsible for any potential damages caused during the return transportation.
