Store Policies
Manufacture time:
Please be aware that 3 - 5 working days are required for me to create hand-manufacture pieces before being couriered. During peak season (November and December) my manufacturing time is 7-10 working days. I create all my own pieces.
Packaging:
Each item will be beautifully packaged in a handmade box, within a gift bag. All orders are carefully packaged in a wax sealed parcel to ensure it arrives safely at its destination. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damage when the item leaves my studio.
Delivery:
Every item will be couriered to your door within 1 - 2 days after being hand-manufactured. Please be aware that international shipping can take 5 - 7 days.
Alternatively you can collect for free directly from my studio in Midrand (Johannesburg), South Africa.
Return policy:
Contact immediately if any product returns are requested. Returns will be considered on a case by case basis. If your product is handcrafted to the size given but does not fit you (e.g. wrong ring size/wrist size was given), please feel free to contact me directly that we can discuss how we can resize your jewellery piece as I wish each of my pieces I create to fit my clients perfectly. All courier costs will be for account of the client but will be discussed before hand.
