Store Policies
Our standard shipping option is store to door courier within South Africa, which has a delivery time of 3 - 5 working days to main centres. Outlying areas can expect longer delivery times. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number.
Fact Décor will gladly accept returns, just contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery - buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
