We are based in the leafy Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

Delivery:

Shipping within 2 business days after receipt of payment.

Payments received Friday/Saturday/Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery in major centres and 2-3 days for regional areas.

You are also welcome to collect should you be in the area once payment is received.

Out of stock items will have a delay in dispatch so please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please use a physical address for delivery.

Courier R60 per item within South Africa.

International shipping upon request.

Returns:

Cottage+Cheese's products are hand crafted and original. Imperfections are inherent (especially in wood) and add character and beauty to the final product. If there are any parts not working or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of purchase so that we can investigate. Thereafter we will gladly offer you a replacement, store credit or refund if the product is returned to us in its original packaging (delivery cost is for the customer's account). Please obtain a 'Proof of Posting' slip from your Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

Should you not be absolutely delighted with your purchase for any other reason, we do accept returns provided that the product is returned in the same packaging that it was delivered in (delivery cost is for the customer's account) within 14 days.
