Return policies: if the sizing is incorrect you may exchange it for the correct size. If the item is damaged in transit, it may be exchanged for another item of the same design. Estimated time of arrival after payment date is 1-3 weeks depending on availability of stock. Free polishing is offered once a year on ALTERnate Design products only.
