Store Policies
all orders are posted through SAPO,postage takes 5 to 14 business days for all parcels we give a tracking number immediately after sending it,courier services take 1 to 3 days depending on your location.processing the order takes 2 to 5days depending on the quantity required or item . all orders placed during the weekend are sent out on tuesdays. we post&courier through out South Africa

unfortunately due to the personalised items that we make we don't offer refunds or exchange, if its a fault that is from our side like a spelling or size error please let us know we will definitely sort it out.
