Postage via SA Postal services, counter-to-counter with tracking number. Alternatively your order can be collected from us when its ready for you :) 

For returns, refunds or exchanges please contact us within 10 working days and each case will be handled according to that orders reasonings. Please note that slight differences may occur in the hand finishing of each word however we endevour to replicate the photo of the product purchased as best as possible.

We will try get your purchase to the postman ASAP!!! With a maximum of 10 working days. If you specifically need it by a certain day please contact us and we can see what we can do for you.
