Guarantee:

Your Bamboo Revolution watch is guaranteed for a period of 6 months from the date of origial purchase and acts as a protection against all defects in material or workmanship. This guarantee does not cover everyday wear and tear, abuse or water damage. This guarantee excludes the strap and lens, it does not cover costs of labour or damage caused by any other source other than Bamboo Revolution. Please keep your dated proof of payment as an indicator of your guarantee. Contact us at [email protected] should any material defects occur.

• One degree water resistant (NOT waterproof!)
• Genuine leather strap
• Carbonated bamboo watch face and frame (resistant to warping)
• Estimated 2 year battery life 

Returning Policies:

Should a watch need to be exchanged for a different size; the product must not have been worn, must remain in its original packaging and the plastic tag in the button on the side of the watch frame must still be in place.

Should you wish to be refunded, we will happily refund you with your money; as long as the defect is covered by the guarantee.

Delivery/ collection within South Africa:

We currently offer delivery to your door, through a courier company within 3-4 working days. 

Courier delivery fees:

Cape Town              :     R50
South Africa            :     R75
Everywhere else      :    R150

Large Orders:

Please anticipate a lead time of 5-6 weeks for orders larger than 80 units. This may vary depending on the stock on hand at the time the order is placed.
