This is a handmade bottle opener consisting of a nut and a bolt.  Very effective bottle opener.  The name "prop-se-moer" was derived from the fact that in Afrikaans it consists of a "bout" and a "moer" which opens a "prop".  The product is handmade so small blemishes might occur.  

When do I get it? Add the lead time (3-5 business days) to the delivery time of the shipping option you select.

I enjoy making my products and my mission is to provide the best experience for my customers. Please note that the products are handmade (or have a handmade component) and small imperfections may occur.

Take note that the majority of my products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for manufacturing during normal non-peak times. If an order is urgent please contact me in this regard.
Parcels within South Africa can be shipped via the SA Post Office, PostNet or the Courier Guy.  In all instances tracking numbers will be provided.
Please take note that domestic delivery via the SA Post Office will take longer and their service has not always been reliable.

Send me an email within 5 days of purchase to explain why a return/exchange is requested.  Include your proof of purchase and any supporting information/photos.  The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for a refund/exchange. That means, no scuffs, marks or damage to the product.
We will let you know whether a refund/exchange has been approved.
Sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged.
Returns/exchanges can be shipped at your own cost or delivered in person to the address of the designer (in Melkbosstrand). Please make use of a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Return shipping will only be paid by the designer if the the designer made a mistake with the order.

At the moment we do not accept custom orders.
