Our bath bombs create a joyful experience from a simple bath into a spa experience. Once the bombs have been dropped, sit back and ejoy the delighful scents that have been released. 
These bombs are designed to nourish your skin, soothe aching muscles, de-stress and clear your mind.   


Biodegradable, eco-friendly and non staining. 
Ingredients:  Coconut Oil, Kaolin Clay, Bicarbonate of Soda, Citric Acid, Epsom Salts, Corn Starch, Cream of Tartar, Polysorbate 80, Colourant.  OILS:  Essential Oil - combination of essential oils to attain selected fragrance.
Not suitable for children under 2 or Sensitive Skin.

Thank you for your purchase from Me2You.  We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, things could go wrong whilst en-route to you.

ORDER PROCESS:

Orders will be completed and shipped within 1 - 5 working days once proof of payment has been received and order has been emailed and accepted.

Postnet to Postnet R99 to 5kgs, 1 - 5 working days *1 extra day for outlying areas
Your parcel will come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you for you to track.
Or The Courier Guy R150 1 - 5 working days.
Aramex +- R110 Nationwide, Major centre Mon - Frid areas only 3 - 5 days after processing of order has been completed.
We, at Me2You, are not responsible for items damaged by Postnet to Postnet system/The Courier Guy/Aramex, If you want to make use of another courier company then please contact us directly to confirm - Make sure you select collecting goods box when checking out, so your details of your collection from your preferred courier are captured.  We will then contact you when the order is ready for collection, which you will then contact your courier company for collection.

RETURN PROCESS
  
If you have the rare and unfortunate experience of receiving goods that are damaged during transit and is not in perfect condition, immediate response must be taken, by you “the Customer”. You have 3 days to submit your claim.
Damaged Goods:
On receipt of the delivery, if there is damage to the goods, you can either request a full refund or replacement order, by following these steps.

Take a photo of the packaging and waybill that is damaged, contact us with the claim.

Once claim has been submitted, you will need to courier back the damaged goods  for verification and approval of the refund or replacement order, by making use of the Postnet to Postnet system/The Courier Guy/Aramex
If your refund is approved and verified, we will initiate refund via Electronic funds transfer (EFT) only.  If you have paid by credit card the reversal may take up to 120 Days to initiate the refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, by use only of Postnet to Postnet system/The Courier Guy/Aramex
Shipping costs are refundable, if your return is approved.

REPLACEMENT ORDER:
If you choose a complete replacement order, we will do so, as soon as we have received your damaged return parcel for verification purposes.
If you choose a refund, we will wait for your receipt of the damaged goods for verification of claim. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, by use only of Postnet to Postnet system/The Courier Guy/Aramex.
Shipping costs are refundable, if your return is approved.

If you choose a replacement order or a Refund and do not want to send back the goods via a courier, we are then unable to verify your claim and unfortunately are unable to process your claim.
                              
EXCEPTIONS AND RETURNS:
Due to the nature of the product, No other exceptions for returns will take place, other than damaged delivery or manufacturing fault. As this category falls under Personal Care we do not accept returns, other faulty stock. However, we will replace the goods.  As soon as we have received your damaged return parcel for verification purposes. The same process will apply of sending information for  raising a claim - Headed Refund due to Faulty Stock.
We will wait for your receipt of the faulty goods for verification of claim. ALL packaging must be as you received them together with Receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, by use only of Postnet to Postnet system/The Courier Guy/Aramex
Shipping costs are refundable, if your return is approved.

LATE DELIVERIES:

Late deliveries are not grounds for a refund.

WRONG ITEMS DELIVERED:-
If a wrong item has been delivered, you must notify us with in 1 day (24 Hours) via email, so that arrangements for collection and redelivery can be made.
