I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and that it will bring color and joy into your life as it has been created to do. I am careful to photograph and describe each item as accurately as possible, however textures and colors may appear slightly different in photos. Due to the nature of the wood, texture paint and added textures used and paintwork there may be slight imperfections, which is part of what makes each piece unique.
Painting is my passion ….. Refunds and Returns are not my expertise.
My hope is that the only Returns and Refunds I will have to deal with is when you, your friends and family will “Return” to purchase more of my work and that you “Re” fund my bank account ☺
Jokes aside....Every customer is VERY important to me and I adopt an open door policy.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please mail me on [ email hidden ] and I will do my best to accommodate each case on its own merit. I will endeavor to take every case into consideration regarding returns and will follow all legalities and will also take into consideration the CPA (Consumer Protection Act).
Products damaged on delivery
If your parcel was damaged in transit and the artwork is damaged please do not accept delivery. We can discuss to either repair the damage if possible, replace the item, or credit your account.
Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery in your absence/ or when collecting at a collection point, please notify us as soon as possible of such delivery / collection by logging a query via [ email hidden ]
As I offer free shipping in South Africa any additional costs to return an item (bar for it being damaged in transit) will unfortunately have to be borne by the customer.
Other requests for returns or refunds will be dealt with individually.
